Is this messed up how can he do this to me?

  • i just turned 22 yesterday i was on the laptop chatting with my boyfriend on yahoo and i heard my dad kept saying to come have cake i said i will be there in a minute the second time i heard him calling my name i told him to hold on a second then i hear my cellphone ring i picked up my dad got mad becuz my consuin called me for one freakin second to wish me a happy birthday my dad took away my cellphone he has now also restricted me from using my laptop and i'm only allowed to be on the internet for 15 minutes!! what should i do? i have a part time job but i dont make enough i'm only maing $10.96


  • I don't think I've ever heard of such a reaction over cake! I think that punishment is a little weird for what you said you did. I'd say you should let him know you think that but you might also want to apologize for having him wait after calling you more than once, which is kind of rude. I didn't quite understand why your pay was important... :O
