A Kitty in A Coma? I need some Help. (Vets needed to answer?)?

Trick or treating, we found a kitty. It looked homeless, So we took it. It was really happy when we took it home, and it Ate like Crazy, and it was playing, then the next morning, It was Lifeless, and it won't move. It puked a couple times, But it will not move, whatsoever. It's sad, and I don't know why its like that, and it's too late, now, to call a vet. People told me they think It may have been poisoned, but, We're not sure. It looks and Acts dead; But it's breathing. I don't know. I but it in a small box with a towel on it, By a heater, but, I don't know if it will help? It would kill me to watch the little one die, and I want it to pull through. With my research, a couple of cat's can make it through Coma, But, Not all did, and I want this one too. Me and my sister really attached to it quickly, And I would Appreciate it So much if you help us. Thank youuu, :)

I think you should take it to a proffessional vet if it doesnt work take it to another

Stop playing vet and get her to one that has the training and the equipment to try and help!

A kitty that is throwing up is not in a coma. Call the vet pronto!

You don't give much info. on the possible age of this kitten...has it eliminated. I don't know if this will help but take a luck warm wash cloth & gently message the belly to the base of the tail, to see if the kitten pees. Momma cat normally uses her tongue for this until kitty can go on it's own. Keep repeating this every few minutes.

If you can't get to the vet then your best bet is to keep it in the box and warm. I would suggest trying to feed it some canned food every couple of hours. If you can get it to eat it will probably have a better chance of surviving but don't force it. Good luck with your baby!

Try to call the emergency vet number, they are open 24 hours. Or call a local vet..on thier voicemail they should have an emergency number to call when they are closed. They can possibly give you some suggestions as to how to help care for the kitty until you can get it to the vet. This cat needs medical attention asap!! Ask your mom to drop it off at a clinic or shelter if she can't afford to get it care. Give it lots of TLC tonight, love is a wonder drug.

This cat will die without vet treatment. No vet online can help you. A vet would have to examine the cat to tell what the problem is so it can be treated accurately. I wouldn't wait if you want to save the cat. At this point, it's probably not far from dying. Call the vet's emergency number which is listed with the daytime number in the phone book. That's the cat's only hope.

I'm sorry, but there are no magic words we can say to make the cat better. We don't know exactly what's wrong here so we can't tell you what to do. I'm sorry for your situation.

Look up an emergency vet(24 hours) in your area (anywhere actually) and give them a call. Explain the symptoms and that you are unable to take the cat in. Ask them what to do. Since the cat does not belong to you, sign the cat over to a vet or shelter who can provide it care. Get information about shelters in the area, make a list and have your mom call in the morning. If the kitten makes it through the night, have your mom take it to one of those places.

Why are you wasting time here get the cat to a vet! If it has been poisoned they may be able to help. With little Information it hard to see over the net and a vet can't see vital signs or check basic heart beats over the net. So just get the cat to a vet NOW!
